DICE senior producer Patrick Bach hasn't ruled out further Battlefield 1943-like titles, but has told VideoGamer.com that they must be careful not to milk the franchise. "I wouldn't say that we're not thinking of it, because we are. It was an experiment and a successful one," said Bach when asked about a sequel. He continued: "We haven't said no to building more digital distribution-only games, but we need to be careful. You shouldn't just try to make money out of things. Just because it's a success, doesn't mean you want to milk it. Battlefield is a delicate product that we want to make sure we're getting the most out of. Guys? We have our pony! The Warcraft twitter account just linked to a new page on the official World of Warcraft site regarding Invincible . This stallion served Arthas in life as his mount. Unfortunately, Arthas worked his mount a little too hard and slipped on ice. Arthas had no choice but to give Invincible a merciful death. When Arthas became the Lich King, he visited Invincible's grave and raised him from the dead in order to serve him. How do you get him? Oh, it's fairly simple to get. This pony can't get hungry, tired, or feel pain. Great for a Lich King to use when traveling around, right? All you have to do is pry it from Arthas' cold, dead hands. Beat Arthas in Icecrown Citadel on heroic mode , and Invincible will serve you. But we don't know if everyone in the raid is going to get one (like Ulduar drakes) or if only one mount will drop (akin to killing Sartharion with 3 drakes up or the Mimiron head mount from Yogg-Saron). Thank goodness! Anyone else relieved that this funky device is removed from the game? I have to admit, I wasn't a big fan of the big head look. I've been "pitied" many times by random players (and even those in my own guild). Dwarves and mohawks just don't seem to mix. In any case, Crygil has confirmed that the mohawk grenade will not be around any longer. Ever since the grenade became active on servers back in November , I couldn't walk around Dalaran without seeing large heads everywhere. Is this the last time we'll ever see Mr. T plant these grenades in game for players to use? Somehow, I have a hunch that this won't be the last time we'll see mohawks in game. According to its author, Icecrown Citadel - The Movie was inspired by Invisura's Ulduar: The Movie . The comparison is fairly apt, since this kind of long cinematic view of a raid is a relatively new concept. According to Cybeloras, Ulduar: The Movie is his favorite WoW film "of all time," so he's understandably pretty excited about this project. There's enough call-backs to Ulduar' s that you don't miss Icecrown's roots. I think this is a fun movie for anyone who enjoys the lore of Icecrown Citadel . There's plenty of information here to get your fix for story and genre, while still focusing on the experience of raiding the Lich King 's homebase. Cybeloras has done a pretty good job with this project, and I'm excited to see what comes next. The first part only includes the bosses from the lower spire, and the second part will be out once the creator has enough footage. Check it out yourself, and let us know what you think. We're moving from the quarter-finals into the semi-finals of the Original Five-Man Wrath of the Lich King season. Grab a seat, and let's get ready to rumble! This week, the Original Five-Man Wrath of the Lich King season of Two Bosses Enter moves into the semi-finals with a repeat match: Ley-Guardian Eregos versus Loken. If you believe voters cheated Loken out of his last victory against the Ley-Guardian based on their distaste for Eregos and The Oculus, now's your chance to set things right! In last week's final quarter-finals battle, King Ymiron demonstrated the power behind his throne with a decisive Thunderdome victory over Krik'thir the Gatewatcher. More than 64 percent of the crowd roared its support for the King, while just shy of one-third believed Krik'thir could hold his own. Here's a sampling of the debate from the stands: Dreamstorm : This is one complicated fight. I'm going to wait with voting until I read what others think and why. Qot : Two Bosses Enter is sort of like the NBA All-Star voting. The people decide, but they usually decide based on reputation or history rather than actual skill. Xevozz was perfectly tuned to kill Loken, but Loken's a BAMF in the lore, so he wins the match. Dreamstorm : If the king wins, we'll have ourselves a Nerubian, a Vrykul, a blue dragon and a creation of the Titans ... PIT FIGHT!! :D Eddy : I was kind of thinking that. The following realms will be undergoing maintenance tomorrow from 5:00 a.m. PST / 8:00 a.m. EST until 9:00 a.m. PST / Noon EST. There is no indication given as to why the maintenance is occurring, but there have been widespread reports of lag and instance problems tonight. Common lag bugs like looting taking several seconds to complete or mobs rapidly changing places have been reported on quite a few realms.
